I am currently the 11th grade Special Education teacher at Renaissance. I came to teaching in a very roundabout way; I started as a lawyer, and decided to become a yoga instructor and live in a few different cities, until I finally returned to my hometown, Springfield. When I moved back I met my amazing husband, Marco, and at his suggestion decided to try teaching....and I felt like I had finally found my passion. I continue to teach yoga at several studios in the area, and when I have free time I am up for anything outside, from biking to hiking, and seeing my favorite bands play whenever possible.
